Our Team
Our Trainers all have their own specialist areas and have an industry background in that field of expertise. This ensures that if you undertake a Financial Awareness for Non Accountants course for example, the Trainer will be a fully qualified Accountant.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Chris is a natural marketer, delivering a spectrum of coaching management and leadership training in addition to sales training solutions for our clients.
Chris holds an MSc (Masters) in leadership & development, management and coaching with a focus on ROI.
Louise Gozzard

Louise leads all RDG's coaching programmes up to a Masters level, being metaphorically capable of stepping inside a client's company, and integrating with their team in order to appreciate and understand the issues faced on a daily basis.
Lousie is qualified to a Master’s level in Coaching, Management, L&D.
