As more of us have to act as internal or external business partners and consultants, it is imperative that we have the correct tools, skills and knowledge to deliver the role effectively in our organisations.

This course provides a practical toolkit for both internal and external Business Partners/Consultants, helping you to operate effectively in any environment in the public, private or third sector.

To formalise the programme, we offer an optional professional accreditation. The CMI Level 7 Award in Professional Consulting is aimed at delegates who work at a senior or strategic level.

Who should attend?

Anyone who has to act as an expert source of advice and information within their own organisation or an external organisation, either as a business partner or consultant, and employed internally or self-employed.

This programme is run in-house for a minimum of 4 delegates.
