2 Day Course

Understand the difference between coaching and mentoring and the context and situations in which coaching can be used

This dynamic two day open course can either be run onsite or as an open course in Derbyshire and London.

This is a tools-based coaching programme which is experiential in nature. Delegates will take away the results driven coaching toolkit which they will be able to use post-course on a day-to-day basis.

Post programme – one month post-course

We offer post-progarmme support through group and 1-1 coaching supervision where we can review the use of coaching skills to date and evaluate the impact of what has been achieved and how delegates will continue to use their skills in the future.
